On May 28, 2019, Region 10 issued an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) resolving violations of the
Clean Water Act by City of Troy, located in Troy, ID. Respondent, which operates a waste water treatment
facility, discharged pollutants to waters of the U.S. without a permit. Under the AOC, EPA and Respondent
agree to a timeline for completion of operational and structural changes and a facility plan.
