Alleged violations are for failure to monitor nitrate and nitrite between April 1, and June 30, 2018. The System eventually monitored for both on August 9, 2018. Additional violations include failure to monitor total coliform bacteria in September 2017, and June, July and September 2018 and complete seasonal start-up procedures in 2018. Other violations include the failure to report the violations to the EPA and failure to complete public notice for the above-mentioned violations.
