Region 10 Settles with Go Left LLC  (Garden Valley, ID) & Richard Fritzley (Boise, ID) for CWA Violations 
On June 11, 2019, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement resolving violations of the Clean Water Act by Go Left, LLC and Richard Fritzley, respectively located in Garden Valley and Boise, Idaho.  Respondents are operators performing construction activities at The Edge Resort in Garden Valley, Idaho.  At the time of an October 2, 2018 inspection, an unnamed ephemeral stream was discharging from the construction site to the Middle Fork of the Payette River and Richard Fritzley, an operator, did not have coverage under EPA�s Stormwater Construction General Permit (SW CGP).  Additionally, operators failed to document self-inspections and to include or update required information in the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).  The Middle Fork of the Payette River is impaired for sediment.  EPA is helping to protect water quality in the Middle Fork of the Payette River by ensuring all operators are covered and responsible under the SW CGP and that monitoring and planning documentation at the Site is comprehensive and current. The parties agreed to pay a penalty of $2,600.
