This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Aman Singh (Respondent), owner, Bethel Market, for alleged violation of the Oil Pollution Prevention (SPCC) regulations of the Clean Water Act. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $1,500 to settle the matter and certified to EPA that the facility is in compliance with the applicable regulation.
