This Order is issued to California Asphalt Production, Inc., d/b/a Greka Refining Company, d/b/a Greka Energy, d/b/a Greka Energy Corporation, d/b/a as the Santa Maria Refining Corporation ( Respondent ) for violations of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations for hazardous wastes. Respondent is
hereby ordered to develop Work Plan to assess and characterize the impacts of the facility's hazardous wastes on human health and the environment, determine required actions to mitigate the impacts, and to implement such Work Plan to comply with the applicable regulations.
