## Summary

Beverly Port Marina (BPM) operates a boat storage, repair and maintenance facility located in Beverly, Massachusetts. Stormwater from the facility discharges into the Danvers River. On March 13, 2019, Region 1 issued an administrative order (Order) to the company requiring BPM to comply with the Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activities (MSGP). Specifically, the Order requires BPM to perform and document quarterly routine facility inspections and visual assessments, and benchmark and impaired monitoring, provide an updated stormwater pollution prevention plan certified by a professional engineer which includes an evaluation to ensure process wastewater does not discharge to the Danvers River from any stormwater outfall, and provide the Region with a progress report describing how the facility has complied with the requirements of the Order and the MSGP.
