This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and the City of Suisun City (Respondent), California, for alleged violation of the Oil Pollution Prevention (SPCC) regulations of the Clean Water Act for the city Marina. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $1,500 to settle the matter and certified to EPA that the facility is in compliance with the applicable regulation.
