An EPA inspection of Liberty Marina, Inc. determined that Liberty Marina failed to document submit electronically its annual reports, conduct all quarterly benchmark monitoring, and take corrective measures to address benchmark value exceedances or provide a justification for failing to do so, as required by the 2015 Multi-Sector General Permit (2015 MSGP). On March 25, 2019, EPA issued an AO to address these violations.
