EPA conducted an compliance evaluation inspection on September 6, 2018. The facility did not have coverage under the current MSGP. An Administrative Compliance Order is being issued that requires the facility to update their Storm water Pollution Prevention Plan and submit an Notice of Intent for permit coverage under the MSGP. The requirements were fully explained to the facility at the time of the inspection, and the permit requirement has been in effect for multiple years while the company has been in business and its competitors have taken steps to comply.
