During the EPA RMP inspection on October 22-23, 2018, EPA found that the Respondent based on its PHA conducted on February 10-11, 2016, failed to promptly address five of the findings and recommendations in a timely manner in violation of 40 CFR 68.67(e); and, EPA found that the Respondent failed to conduct inspection and testing on the natural gas liquid storage tank and five condensate tanks in violation of 40 CFR 68.73(d)(1).
