On September 20 - 22, 2016, the EPA conducted a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Audit of the Township of Edison and identified that the Township was not complying with the terms and conditions of the NJDEP Tier A Municipal Stormwater General Permit. This Consent Agreement and Final Order includes a $7,500 penalty.
