This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and The Winery Group LLC (Respondent), for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act Risk Management Plan requirements at their Franzia Winery facility in Ripon, California. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $2,400 and certified to EPA that it is in compliance with the applicable regulations to settle this matter.
