This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Ratto Bros., Inc. (Respondent), of Modesto, California, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act Risk Management Plan (RMP) requirements. Respondent is alleged to have used incorrect Census data in its 2013 Offsite Consequences Analysis for its RMP. Respondent corrected the violation and paid a penalty of $600 to settle the matter.
