On Aug 15, 2019, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of the Clean Air Act by Delta Western, LLC, located in Juneau, Alaska. Delta Western had violated Part 60, Subparts Kb and XX and Part 63, Subpart BBBBBB at its bulk gasoline terminal. Emission reductions from the previously issued Compliance Order on Consent are estimated to be 210,000 pounds of VOC per year. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $400,000.
