On June 3, 2019, EPA Region 10 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order (SSURO) to Sirowl Technology LLC (Laramie, Wyoming) to stop the further distribution or sale of the unregistered and misbranded products, Bagoro Cockroach Gel Bait and HaRuion Cockroach Gel Bait. Distributing or selling unregistered and misbranded pesticides is a violation of Section 12(a)(1)(A) and (E) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(1)(A) and (E).
