Based on a June 12, 2017 RCRA inspection by EPA and materials submitted by TestAmerica, the EPA identified 11 shipments of metal bearing hazardous waste to a treatment, storage, and disposal facility for incineration in a combustion unit, in violation of 40 C.F.R. ? 268.3(c). The parties agreed to a civil penalty. TestAmerica has changed its treatment, storage, and disposal practices to comply with 40 C.F.R. ? 268.3(c).
