On August 14, 2019, EPA Region 10 settled with Western Ag Improvement, Inc. (2987 Odel Highway, Hood River, Oregon 97031) for a violation of FIFRA. Western Ag Improvement, Inc., failed to file the Pesticide Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments (EPA Form 3540-16) by the reporting deadline twice within five years. Reports are due by March 1 of each year. Western Ag Improvement, Inc. failed to timely submit reports for calendar years 2017 and 2018. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $500.00
