On July 31, 2019, EPA Region 10 settled with Wood Care Systems (719 Kirkland Avenue, Kirkland, Washington 98083) for a violation of FIFRA Wood Care Systems, failed to file the Pesticide Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments (EPA Form 3540-16) by the reporting deadline twice within five years. Reports are due by March 1 of each year. Wood Care Systems failed to timely submit reports for calendar years 2018 and 2016. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $300.00.
