This administrative proceeding is for the assessment of a civil administrative penalty under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), against Four Star Chemical (Respondent), of Vernon, California, for failure to complete and submit an annual pesticide production report for the 2017 reporting year by March 1, 2018 for its pesticide producing establishment, as required by Section 7(c)(l) of FIFRA. Respondent agreed to payment of a $6,846 penalty and certified to EPA that it has corrected the violation to settle this matter.
