This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and JR Simplot Company Helm Plant (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act Section 112(r) Risk Management Plan requirements. Respondent agreed to settle this matter by certifying to EPA that it has complied with the subject requirement for the Materials Safety Data Sheet and operating procedures and paid a civil penalty of $1,800.
