Respondent operates the Goshen Transfer Station. EPA conducted a CEI of the Facility on August 23, 2018 and identified violations of the MSGP, including failure to implement corrective action in response to benchmark exceedances, failure to conduct employee training and failure to perform quarterly site inspections for years prior to the CEI. The Respondent returned to compliance immediately after EPA's CEI and therefore no Administrative Compliance Order was issued. Respondent has agreed to pay a $6,000 penalty.
