On three occasions in 2018, Respondent submitted PCB waste for disposal without identifying it as PCB on the manifest. The material was ultimately disposed at an authorized TSCA facility. Respondent has agreed to sample all future waste from suspect sources for PCBs to ensure proper handling and disposal.
