This is an administrative Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Detroit Diesel Corporation (Respondent) for Respondent's violations of the Safe Drinking Water Act and the Underground Injection Control requirements by operation of an illegal large capacity cesspools (LCC) at its property located at 91-25 Kalaeoloa Boulevard in the Kapolei Business Park on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Respondent immediately closed the LCCs and agreed to payment of a civil penalty of $129,000 to settle the matter.
