This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Ameko APS, Inc. (Respondent) of Pomona, California, for Respondent's alleged violations of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) requirements for Lead-based Renovation, Repair and Painting activities performed for compensation. In order to settle this matter, Respondent has paid a $9,000 penalty and certified to EPA that it is now in compliance with the applicable regulations.
