This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and the City of Pittsburg, California (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Water Act Oil Pollution Prevention Act (SPCC) requirements at the Pittsburg Municipal Marina. To settle the matter, Respondent paid a penalty of $1,950 and certified to EPA that the violation(s) have been corrected.
