This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Atticus, LLC (Respondent), of Cary, North Carolina, for Respondent's violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) regulations by the import of misbranded pesticides from a non-EPA approved establishment outside the United States. In order to settle the matter, Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $19,016 and certified to EPA that it is now in compliance with the applicable regulations.
