This is a Notice of Warning (NOW) under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) issued to McLaughlin Gormley King Company (McLaughlin) of Minneapolis, Minnesota. This NOW advised McLaughlin to take all necessary actions to assure that any further sale or distribution of pesticides is made in full compliance with the provisions of FIFRA. McLaughlin failed to comply with 12(a)(1)(E) by distributing a registered pesticide without an EPA Est. No. printed on the product label or immediate container.
