This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and 6th Street Cooling, LLC (Respondent) of Holtville, CA, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act requirements under Section 112(r) Risk Management Program. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $1,620 and has certified that it has corrected the violations in order to settle this matter.
