Notice of Warning issued to Holley Brothers, Inc. for failure to follow the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements during soil fumigation on Block 8, Field 835A within the borders of land managed by the Navajo Agricultural Products Industry. PPE is required as outlined on the label of Vapam HL, EPA Reg. No. 5481-468. Under Section 12(a)(2)(G) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(G), it is unlawful for any person to use any registered pesticide in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
