On June 12, an Expedited Penalty Action and Consent Agreement was filed with Island Watersports of Fenwick Island. The facility failed to maintain an adequate SPCC plan and inspection records; and failed to provide spill prevention briefings and secondary containment for mobile containers. Respondent has indicated that they are now in compliance and agreed to pay a cash penalty of $3,200.00 to settle the matter.
