This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order for Penalty between US EPA and Land Projects Mutual Water Company Public Water System (Respondent), of Lancaster, California. Respondent agrees to pay a civil penalty of $4,193 for alleged violation of a 2017 Administrative Order for compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act standards by January 31, 2019.
