On May 30, 2019, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to Yogi Bears Jellystone Park Water System located in Robert, LA. The AO was issued in response to violations of 40 C.F.R. 141.853?141.860. The AO requires Yogi Bears Jellystone Park to address violations of the Revised Total Coliform Rule, including conduct a level one assesment, address sanitary deficiencies identified during a level 2 assessment, and complete the required public notice. Yogi Bears Jellystone Park must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty days of the issuance date of the Order.
