This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Union Point Bar and Grill (Respondent) of Stockton, California, for violation of the Oil Pollution Prevention (SPCC) regulations under Section 311(j) of the Clean Water Act. To settle the matter, Respondent certified to EPA that the violation has been corrected, and paid a civil penalty of $1,500.
