CWA Violations
On September 16, 2019, Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) to resolve Spill
Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) violations at the Rogue Valley International Airport ?
Rental Car Facility located in Medford Oregon following an October 2018 SPCC inspection. The
SPCC deficiencies included a lack of routine tank inspections and a certified SPCC plan. As part of the
post-inspection compliance process, the Airport developed and certified an SPCC plan. The
Respondent also agreed to pay an ESA-based penalty of $2,825.
