On July 3, 2019, EPA issued an Administrative Order to Bradbury Stamm Construction Taos, LLC for permit violations, including failure to submit the Notice of Intent at least 14 calendar days before commencing construction, and failure to install stormwater controls to minimize discharge of pollutants in stormwater from construction activities.
