In 2017, Respondent conducted lead abatement activities in a Brooklyn, NY residence. Respondent did not submit a pre-abatement notification to EPA nor did it prepare an occupant protection plan. EPA is seeking a penalty from Respondent as well as Respondent's return to compliance.
