This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA JAMO Performance Exhaust, LLC (Respondent) of Las Vegas, Nevada for Respondent's alleged violations of the Clean Air Act (CAA) requirements for mobile sources of pollution. Respondent is alleged to have manufactured, sold or offered for sale, or installed 4,236 vehicle engine devices that bypass, defeat, or render inoperative emission control systems in motor vehicles that meet the CAA emission standards. To settle this matter, Respondent certified to EPA that it is currently in compliance with the applicable requirements, agreed to pay a civil penalty of $10,000 and to adhere to a Compliance Plan to avoid future prohibited acts under the applicable CAA requirements.
