This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Hartman Baldwin, Inc. (Respondent) of Claremont, California in Los Angeles county, for Respondent's alleged violations of the federal Toxic Substances Control Act requirements for a person/firm who performs for compensation a renovation of target housing (constructed prior to 1978) and child-occupied facilities, including EPA certification of individuals and the firm engaged in lead-based paint activities, and work practice standards for renovation, repair, and painting activities in target housing and child-occupied facilities. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $12,897 and certified to EPA that it is now in compliance with the specified regulations.
