This is an expedited settlement agreement between US EPA and Lawrence Group (Respondent) of Coppell, Texas, for Respondent's alleged violations of the Clean Air Act regulations for mobile sources of air pollution by the import vehicle engines or equipment with subject engines which did not meet EPA engine requirements. Respondent complied by certifying to EPA that it exported the subject engine (kits) to a country other than Canada or Mexico, and paid a civil penalty of $115 to settle the matter.
