On July 25 through 26, EPA conducted an Inspection of the Village to assess compliance with their MS4 Permit. At the time of the inspection, the Village was not able to provide EPA with a SWMP Plan, required records, and other required documentation. Numerous failures to implement BMPs and conduct O&M were observed.
