On July 12, 2019, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Compliance Order on Consent (AOC) under its authority pursuant to the authority of Section 113(a)(1)(A) of the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. ? 7413(a)(1)(A) to Hunt Forest Products LLC (Hunt) located in Pollock, LA. The AOC was issued in response to violation of LAC 33:III.919.B.1 of the Louisiana SIP by failing to report actual emissions in the annual emissions inventories for CO and NOx for reporting year 2016 as to the Regenerative Thermal Oxidzer (Emission Source) at the Facility. The AOC requires Hunt to report actual emissions in their annual emissions inventory for 2016.
