Violations included failure to complete corrective action, correct sanitary defect after a Level 2 assessment, failure to conduct triggered source monitoring after a routing positive for total coliform and failure to monitor total coliform in July 2018. System failed to inform the public of the existing violations and to report failure to comply with Drinking Water Regulations to the EPA.
