This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and California Dairies, Inc. (Respondent) that resolves Respondent's alleged violations of the Clean Air Act (CAA) Section 112(r)(7) at its facility in Fresno, California. Respondent certified to EPA that it is in compliance with the applicable requirements and agreed to pay a civil penalty of $2,160 to settle the matter.
