Administrative Order on Consent (Consent Order) issued by the United States Environmental Protection Agency to Sutter County pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the federal Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA). EPA and Sutter County have entered into this Consent Order for the purpose of bringing the Sutter County Water Works District No. 1 (Robbins) public water system into compliance with the requirements of the SDWA. Pursuant to this Consent Order, EPA has determined that the System located in the town of Robbins, California, violated the federal maximum contaminant level (MCL) for arsenic. This AO was terminated on 9/1/2022.
