7/3/19 On July 3, 2019, Region 1 issued an Administrative Compliance Order under Sections 308(a) and 311(c) and (e) of the Clean Water Act to Nouria Energy Corporation of Winslow, Maine. The order will require Nouria to prepare a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plan for its facility and to update its SPCC plan for its Gorham, Maine facility.
