7/1/19 On July 1, 2019, Region 1 issued a Clean Water Act Administrative Compliance Order to the Town of Montague, Massachusetts for its failure to develop a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and to apply for authorization under the Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity for its Water Pollution Control Facility. The order requires Montague to complete both activities.
