On September 18, 2019, Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Webster Construction LLC located in Nampa, Idaho, for violations of the RRP Rule occurring in Boise, Idaho. The EPA alleged that Webster Construction LLC failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation work on pre-1978 residential properties as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to settle and pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
