This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Dynasty Shipping, Inc. (Respondent) of Inglewood, California, for Respondent's alleged violations of the Clean Air Act regulations for mobile sources of air pollution by the import of engines or equipment with engines which did not meet EPA standards. Respondent complied by certifying to EPA that it destroyed or exported the subject equipment to a country other than Canada or Mexico, and paid a civil penalty of $2,400 to settle the matter.
