## Summary

On July 26, 2019, Region 1 issued a combined administrative complaint and Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) to Elliott Auto Supply Co., Inc. (d/b/a Splash Products) for violations of the General Duty Clause, Section 112(r), of the Clean Air Act at its Ayer, Massachusetts facility.  In 2016, there was a 7,000-gallon methanol spill at the windshield wiper fluid manufacturing facility that prompted EPA inspections in 2016 and 2017.
