Respondent, RKR Feeders, L.L.C., owns/operates a feedlot located in Clayton, Union County, NM. According to the annual report submitted to EPA, the facility transferred all manure generated in 2018 (about 462 tons) to other persons offsite. The Administrative Order requires the facility to submit information about the recipients of the manure and any analytical data on the nutrient content of the manure shipped offsite, as required by the facility's CAFO permit. Respondent has up to 30 days from the effective date of the Order to submit the information requested.
